The Next Step - 3 Month Family Health Counseling Program
You care about your children and want them to eat the healthiest food possible! But, you find it is too complicated, you are busy, it is expensive, the kids won't eat it and you don't know where to start!
It is possible to feed your family nutritious and delicious meals they will love and to encourage them to eat vegetables and instill lifelong eating habits. It is possible to bring your family together through food. It is possible to do this with you busy mom schedule! Step by step, I will support you on this journey.
With family health counseling, the focus is on the entire family. We will focus on the mindset shifts that need to happen so that change can happen in your family. We will get your family on track to incorporating more whole foods into their diet. Forming good habits doesn’t happen overnight. We will start slow and build a good foundation for your family to build on. Topics of discussion during the 6 sessions will include:

- Strategies to Incorporate More Fruits and Vegetables into your Diet
- How to Get your Kids to Eat Well in our Junk Food Society
- Strategies for Eating Out and Special Occasions
- Tools and Systems to make it Possible in Your Busy Life
You will receive food samples, recipes and basic cooking instruction. Depending on the age/interest of your child or children, they are welcome to get involved portions of the counseling sessions, it is encouraged.
The Family Counseling Sessions are designed to teach you the necessary skills to build a healthier and happier lifestyle for your family. By educating and guiding your children to take ownership, they will be empowered to make their own healthy choices throughout their lifetime. As mothers, if we dedicate our energy and set the intention for a healthy lifestyle, we effortlessly pass these benefits on to our children. By changing our habits, we are laying the foundation for ourselves and our children.
